Your talk about being kinder to yourself with working out and eating helped me a lot. I would love for you to make a video/talk more in a vlog about what you've learned about having balance between being happy and having a routine

maggie, you're glowing in all ways possible! could you maybe do like a health journey (with regard to more the mental aspect) about eating, working out? I'm definitely going through the same process and recognizing that I need to be gentle myself but finding it hard to accept it and actually implement it in my day-to-day.

I think doing a VLOG each day for one week each month is the best idea. I feel like KZreadrs and content creators can just over- do the daily vlogs just because they think it's what people want to see but honestly it can get boring to watch someone's repetitive day to day lives. Like no I do not want to see you make coffee, breakfast and dinner every time! lol. Don't even get me started with the cleaning and organizing videos ( what a BORE) lol. So i personally love when content creators travel or do stuff that not everyone is doing cause at least that keeps me engaged and excited. Also I didn't have the closest relationship with my mom growing up, so I love and appreciate seeing you share those intimate and close moments with your mama. It's so sweet

I actually miss those La Colombe coffee vlogs in her old flat :) xx

It’s actually supposed to not good for you to eat right away after you wake up. If you have issues with blood sugar levels you should just drink a glass of water with lemon juice (add some salt if that still doesn’t work). Got this from the huberman podcast - You should actually check him out I think you would really like the podcast!

can't recommend fresh meat, veggies, and even rice for dogs enough! my family has only fed our dogs food similar to milo's food mixes and they've all lived long happy lives going up to 15 years 💗
