I had bible study yesterday with a group of women. To me, that’s a very good date for Valentine, spending time fellowshipping with the Lord as opposed to dwelling so much on carnal things. I also love the analogy of the coat. It took me a long time of guilt tripping to realize that God’s love never fails! It Never Fails, and nothing can separate us from His love. I find myself in this situation where i feel undeserving of God’s love ,for the little story my biological father and i never had a good relationship ,he has always been there when he wanted or not ,i never felt loved by him and it affected me so much growing up ,i lacked so much self love and respect . I find it very hard to fully cling unto God’s love because i still don’t feel enough it’s so hard for me to let go off that mindset . I’m so sorry to hear this is a part of your story 🥺🤍 I also grew up without my biological dad. So I know what it’s like to see God through that lens. Even if you did have an amazing relationship with your dad, his love would’ve only been a glimpse of how much God loves you! No human love comes close to that of the father. I’ll be praying for you, that you’ll get a fresh revelation of God’s love for you!! Romans 8:38 ❤️ you’re truly loved beyond measure. I can really recommend the book: seeing God as a perfect father by Louie Giglio. It was extremely healing for me. It’s such a blessing to have you here, sending much love and hugs your way 🥰❤️
