DJR, When I was sick, my hair changed completely through the process and it is now so very dry. I can’t wear it down. I haven’t been able to find products yet that I can tolerate and that actually work. One that I found that is OK for my scalp doesn’t seem to work at moisturizing or conditioning my hair very well. it looks fine up in a bun or a ponytail and that’s it. So, for now, I have to keep it short and up. I’m very grateful that I at least have my hair still but I don’t know if I’ll be able to wear it down, let alone long. At one point, I used hand lotion on my scalp to try to help it and also my hair not be so dry, and it actually made my hair look fairly decent after I took it down from a bun; it was even curly. That is when I wore it down in my 10 classic items video, but the curls only lasted for about five minutes, literally! Obviously, because I was wearing hand lotion in my hair, my hair was very heavy! So that doesn’t work either :-)
