It’s totally ok to put your tretinoin on after your moisturizer. In fact, it’s advised that people with very sensitive skin apply it that way to reduce sensitivity, peeling, etc. because the moisturizer acts as a buffer. You’ll definitely still get the benefit of the product. Also consistent micro needling (give it 4-6 sessions to see a difference) will definitely help with hyperpigmentation, you don’t have to pair it with RF if you just want help with HP.
