Hi great video. I just mved to la to become an actress i have no idea about how this thing works. Can u plz tell me how to get auditions without an agent and how to get one. Also how to network and socialize and best acting classes. Last thing i wanna know os what job shall i do that brings mz money and have flexible schedule to do auditions, speaking of which are the aufitions usually held during the working hours aka 9 to 5? hi there! ✨ i signed up for screening invitations through the SAG-AFTRA foundation. they send emails about every other day about screening invitations, so you’ve got to RSVP fast or else they fill up!

@@Euuugeeena hi there! ✨ yes, i believe you do have to be a member of sag in order to participate in the SAG Foundation resources. there’s tons of acting classes you can take online! it all depends on what you’re looking for: what type of training you want, in person or zoom classes, etc. i would say do some research on some notable acting classes and teachers in your area! if it’s a reputable studio, they’ll usually let you audit a class so that you can sit in and see how the class is run.

Absolutely love your videos I do have a question so that second audition was that on zoom? And how are you able to sit down and stand up without it looking so awkward? Also, did you pause it while you were on zoom? I’m so confused and I’m so sorry for the silly question. I am still very green and trying to learn as much as I can.

hi! ✨ yes, that audition was on zoom and live so i could no pause it! normally, i have the zoom set up so that i can see myself as well as whoever i’m reading with. i normally take about 5-10 mins before my audition to work out the technicalities of how it looks when i stand or sit. i’ll essentially block the audition on zoom. it’s not awkward if you know exactly why you’re moving your camera and do it confidently! ✨🙌🏾
