Gretchen I experienced that feeling of not being able to catch my breath for months on months and I didn't realize that it was anxiety. I tried asthma treatments and gerd treatments and and and but then finally my PCP prescribed some anxiety meds and I've felt 100000000 times better since! I totally relate to what you were saying

I nearly choked my dinner watching Brody run out the door I was dying! Cutest. Ever.

I’ve been having a rough couple of days and the video clip of Brody walking in his rain boots made me laugh out loud. He is so precious!!

Girl!! The feeling of not being able to catch your breath- I’ve been dealing with it since I was a kid and I literally went out of my way to get an inhaler because I thought it was a legit breathing issue. It’s definitely anxiety and meditating is the best thing to do for it :)

Omg Gretchen I have felt horrible shortness of breath on and off ever since being stuck at home in this pandemic as it’s gotten worse. Sometimes all it is is anxiety! That’s exactly what has happened to me and it’s all just anxiety, don’t worry girl I’m glad your finding ways to help as with your meditation ❤️🥰

I feel like anxiety has been more present than before because of the pandemic 😷

I struggle with self discipline so much but love journaling it just truly gives peace and it's good to get your thoughts out and on paper. Loved the vlog

The best way to cook pizza is to heat the oven to 500 degrees and bake it on the bottom rack on a pan.. makes the bottom so yummy and crispy and doesn’t burn the toppings 🥰

Max’s pizza reminds me of a pizza from Antonio’s on Thayer street in Providence (my hometown!)

What do you write in your journal? I always try to journal but then I look at the page and have no idea what to write 🤷🏼‍♀️ when my best friend passed away I wrote about that but I feel like I can't write about that forever, ya know?
