Gurl! I too suffer from hormonal acne. It's a pain. I take the spironolactone as well. It does help! It used to be used as a treatment for Blood Pressure/heart failure, so you will void a lot, so be aware of electrolyte loss( Sodium in particular), dehydration, and increased potassium. Keep hydrated! I have taken it for years and it does work.

I am just starting the video in already. I love it already lil Berkeley brightens my day. I have two lil grandbaby girls one yrs old and one month from my son and his wife, my oldest daughter has a girl she is 12. Two grand boys 15 and 5 yrs old. So at my age 60 it’s a blessing watching how you take care of your family.❤️❤️❤️❤️
