That’s the reason i taught myself how to do my own nails and feet. I bought drill, uv light,gel polish, top coat,primer,ect I do my own $hit Smdh

You told no lies about these nail salons! I remember when I used to live in the Dallas area you could get a full set and a pedicure for $40 in Fort Worth SMH a salon where I live in SC charged me 80+ dollars for nothing but a French tip pedicure tip included but babyyy when I tell you, they don’t have to worry about me again. I’ll make sure I catch my nail salon I normally go to they’re ridiculous

Hey cousin! Yes these nail shops now is crazy! First off anything with spa in front of it u already know they fena run it up. I was charged 160 and I just got an overlay on my nails. My nails r shorter than urs and I got a pedicure with no acrylic just gel! So when u said go c the manager for the tip baby! 😂 I can relate cuz what! Smh

Girl no you’re not wrong about these nail salons , I started going off with you they’re ridiculous with these prices. I was a faithful nail wearer for well over 25+ yrs. I had to give it up, I manicure my own.

I just had this same experience when I went to my normal shop for pedicures. I usually get all white gel on my toes and decided to get french this time. My toe also chipped, so he added acrylic...girl that pedicure was outrageous. I should of just got all white toes, because you charged me a whole separate price for this 1 line of white for french.

Could you please mention if you don’t mind I need a salt and pepper style for my cruise coming up in September.

You not in lala land. The prices of that stuff is beyond up! Getting my nail, toes and eye brows down was my thing. I do so much for my kids, that’s my nails was for me. If it’s nice, I’m paying the price. But now! I stretch my nails from every 2weeks to damn near 5/6 weeks before I get them done again. I don’t even get designs anymore. $140-150 for gel pedi and fill in. And I don’t tip. That tipis factored in that $150. I said im going to stop going. I don’t even enjoy it anymore. I really remember nails being $25-30, fill ins like $15, eye brows $5, manicures $7-$15, pedis $15-$20. The prices have changed for sure!

The fact the nail salon had a whole bar I would’ve assumed they were charging for drinks now my nail salon only offers wine and that’s free. But when you talking about cocktails I feel most would charge for that. Also yes these nail salons prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I’m about to start doing my own nails at home get you a gel lamp from Amazon and then some nails.

I’m here in Maryland. You are so right. What happen to the full set for $20? I’m addicted & the white & Pink power is $90 dollars for a full set & $50 for the fill in. Don’t think about a design because include the pedi we going to spent a nice grip.
