I also bought an Apple mouse. It helps a lot. And your arms - elbows included - should rest on the desk. And of course resting your wrist whenever you can 😊 Don’t worry about not uploading as much as much as you wish 😉 I also had a bad first semester (been sick, my dog sick twice, broke my car) it always comes in waves and go away. I am coming to Korea next year and will have a hard time not to buy everything I see 😅

I guess people don't like Korean food either, ref your comment on your lack of English food palate.
