Girlllll that "I am Legend" movie freaked me out! I immediately screamed and grabbed the remote and stopped it. I didn't read the back of it when I bought it. I thought it was a safe movie to watch with my son who at the time was maybe 12yrs old. Girl I opened up the windows and doors to continue watching it. 🌞 My son was not phased a bit lol😂

Lex, magnesium is definitely the better option. Try the powder kind or get the capsules and break it in a glass with kombucha. Drink before bed and you won’t regret it
