Heyy, I think my tip out is 3%. So its like for every $100 in sales, $3 comes out of my tips. Something like that. I’m not sure if it’s split between the bussers and bartenders. I don’t have much knowledge about being a busser. It’s a good place to start but honestly, the real money is in serving/waitressing & bartending. So try to move up to being a server asap. And don’t let them tell you no. If you really want it, be persistent.
