Emma does not look exited at all, you just seem to be pushing her to move with you but she needs to experience living by herself not with you and your boyfriend

Why would Emma move in to a house with you and Tyler? I feel like Emma should be more independent since she just got an apartment

im confused why Emma would move in if the whole point of her getting her own apartment just a few months ago was so she can live alone/be independent

I know that you’re obsessed with your sister, but I don’t think moving in with your bf for the first time and bring your sister along would be a good idea.. also, didn’t you say in one of your most recent videos that not living with your sister made your relationship with her much better? I have a little sister just like you and honestly, you guys need your own space and life.. even in both of your vlogs you can see that you’re like ‘the same’

she's also allowed to live her life in a way that makes her happy, and if she is happy and doing well for herself then living her life the way she is now is 100% okay, she doesn't need to follow the same path a large portion of society does, or else she's just "following" other people too, so it really does not matter.

I agree with you in needing to relax and take your time to meet your goals when the time is right and not rushing to get everything now. I’m a couple years older than you and this is something I keep reminding myself of as well-to enjoy the Journey to the destination. My mind gets restless in planning how I need to get to the next goal and the next phase In life. Well, Life changes in ways you don’t expect in your 20s. Boston-& city life in general- is more expensive than say the suburbs but that’s the trade off for living in the middle of the action if that’s what you like. When it’s time to settle down and “adult” more, you’ll know! Good luck with everything

I love Maggie & Em, but as an older sister of 4 lovely younger sisters.. I can def see why everyone’s is so up in shambles about Em living with you. Personally, I think it’s great & a smart investment but I’m sure the ppl wanted to see Em be offered the same opportunity you had to find yourself, & understand being an adult on your OWN before huddling back under the security blanket that is, family.

Just want to say that if you're in the spot to buy, you should buy. Ownership and having equity in a home is so much better than renting. Worst come to worst it can be an investment property and you can continue to rent in the city. Buying a home is such a smart investment!!!

Everyone commenting why would Emma move in with her 🙃. Do you have a little sister...? Lol there could be other reasons to why. If Emma’s already paying rent somewhere I would ask my sister if she wanted to move in with me if I bought a house. Think of it this way whatever you’re paying for on your mortgage already, you can have your roommate pay YOU rent to add to your payment on your mortgage. You have a minimum you must pay, there are no rules about paying MORE each month and paying your house off early. These are two girls that had their lives flipped on them when they weren’t living together. They are probably the one thing in their lives since this that has been balanced. I mean who cares lol I’m just happy to see someone trying to do something responsible with their money 💕

Hi Maggie! Don’t forget about the additional responsibilities that come with home ownership...landscaping, appliance maintenance, repairs, insurance, etc. I would consider all of these costs when you are comparing apartments and houses.

If you find the right one, it can be a wonderful asset/investment- as opposed to a car which consistently depreciates over time leading to negative equity. A house is a huge step! Enjoy the journey & do what is best for you and Tyler!! Living with your partner is a really fun transition so just enjoy it and do what’s best for your relationship. ❤️❤️
