All you really need is pillow stuffer/filler (not sure what the proper name is) and it’s available on Amazon. Use that to refill/reshape your cushions and ottoman.

You should try floating the desk in the middle of the room, facing where the mirror is now. With the dresser/art/lamps vignette behind you. Feels like you’re having “wallitis” 🤣 funny term amongst us designers. Try to get things away from against a wall. It’ll open up the room! plus with the desk floating, you’re facing the door and you still have the window view to your left. You can also add drapes since the desk won’t be under the window. Everything is coming along! Love it ♥️

I would put the dresser where the mirror is at. A desk where the dresser is at facing the window. Kind of toward that corner. I do not like having my back to the door. Just an option. 😊

Look into the Hemnes shoe cabinet from ikea for some possible shoe storage. You can do one or two to elongate it but we love ours bc it’s such a cute way to hide them!

I think for the sofa if it has zippers in the back you can stuff them so that they get their shape back. You might be able to find the stuffing online.

I think the makeup caddy cart you got is perfect. It should help you not hoard so much makeup. When u get pr you can clean out and update it once a month or every 2 months and throw out old/expiring makeup,keep some and gift some to your sisters and cousins 🤷‍♀️...your place is looking so homey already 😍 I love the baskets in your closet too 😍

Not much of a home decor expert here lol but why don’t you put your long mirror in a corner next to the windows? That way when you take your outfit pictures you have that natural light towards you rather than behind you.
