Smoothie Tip: When you're prepping for the week try using an ice tray or something of that sort and freezing it! All you have to do in the morning is pop em out, put a little liquid and blend! I've been doing this when I prep my daughter's smoothies and it's such a lifesaver in the mornings and it also helps me portion and not make too much lol

Great tip, especially if Kenna plans to continue purchasing them premade! I have plastic bottles that I pour mine into and pop them in the freezer.. Take them out and let them thaw a little and they are good as new.

I use mason jars to prep for the week and take mine out the day before and add a few cubes of ice to thicken it up before i drink it

we’ve watched the boys grow up on camera for 😢 especially mello can’t believe he is so big and handsome!

I personally don't listen to secular music often but also im not a huge music person so it wasn't something I did on a regular bases

The smoothie king idea I don't think is the best .. only because they put so much sugar into those drinks and I think that they are made to be consumed in one day. Therefore you'd be better off fresh pressing your own juices if you have the time because you also don't know how long the juices at pressed have been sitting in the shelf although they provide the date .. ya just don't know so yea!

I completely understand about the weight thing my sister and I we have gained so much weight and we didn’t even notice it until we look at pictures and now I’m 80 pounds down just from working out every day in my house by myself eating clean and I am so proud of myself I am bigger than I was when I was pregnant and also when I was pregnant when I delivered I was 120 pounds. I got up to 271 pounds. I could not believe I did that.😢😮😳👏🏾💪🏽🎶💋

Had to watch one over night. These bring me at piece for some reason.

Smoothie babe checking in. HEB has a great brand called Bendables that I use my favorites are the mango madness and the green fuel. For the Mango madness, I just add 2 oz of OJ, 1 oz of water, and either Stonyfield probiotics plain yogurt w/ or Kefir plain probiotics, chia seeds (BOMB)!!! For the green fuel, I would go cranberry juice 4 oz, 1 oz, 2 ginger cubes from the frozen section (BOMB)! I fix the whole bag and freeze what I don't drink. When ready to drink put warm water in a bomb for 20 mins defrosted. Add more juice of you want. Literally ready after your shower. Hope this helps
