@Lords Sensei technically just because a phone was left at the scene doesn't mean they were guilty. It just proves that they were at the scene. A cell phone is not enough evidence to convict someone. If you read about the report, the phone wasn't left in side the car or anything. Th phone was found on the ground in the same parking lot. That's why they needed witnesses.
