So if one is going to show the world all that one does, I am sure one would be bombarded with tips on how to do things better 😂 So here's my two pence 😅 I enjoy watching your "what you do in a day" vlogs and I find them very realistic. As for your eating habits, I have always been curious because I see you eat a lot of protein and there hardly ever seems to be any vegetables in your diet. Is there any reason for this? Because a high protein diet can cause a lot of problems like obesity (if the protein is not spent, the excess gets converted to carbs and gets stored in the body as fat) and uric acid etc. And fibre is needed for a good gut health...Just thinking out loud 😊
