My kids always played outside and got dirty. My grandchildren do the same. Playing in the dirt helps the immune system.

Children are supposed to get dirty. The good part is they are washable. Freya had lots of fun in the dirt. We have a dome in our backyard. We have lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, cukes, blueberries, blackberries, broccoli, and greenbeans. Plus, we have an outdoor garden. Can't wait for them to start producing. We have lettuce and strawberries so far. My son has the green thumb.

@@Freyasluckyarm these regrow every year, we planted the lettuce last year and it came back too. My son will start part of a tomato plant and grows it in the house over winter, not big ones but we get enough for salad

Sebastian looked like he had a blast in Mexico. My kids once all played in a mud pile in a rain storm. I have never seen dirtier humans in my life but they had so much fun and still mention that memory.

We live in a very rural area and we have lots of deer around. We have to cover our peas and beans with netting because the deer love them. I feel Freya’s frustration at not being able to tell you what she wants.

I highly recommend Dr Sarnos book Healing Back Pain and then Nicole Sachs podcast The Cure for Chronic Pain . Life changing for me! As a special needs mom who has dealt with chronic back and leg pain for yrs, it was my worst fear to not be able to take care of my kids. We deal with so much extra stress as special needs moms and all that can come out in the form of pain

Tomato?. I just got a tomato plant from a friend of mine. I don't have green fingers but i am going to try to take care of it. It works out great. We got a snail problem and i was afraid they would gonna eat them. But that is not happend yet. Yay!. Love to see some Freya content i missed her.

Freya is even cuter with smudges of dirt on her face!!! You have to let kids be kids and get dirty sometimes! I've been following Steph and Sebastian too. Tonight I'm going to my grand daughters last chorus concert for this year. We're out of school in June for summer break here in PA. I'm excited to see your garden...it's raining so much here the ground is soggy! ❤

You can print off/make your own PECS pictures to help Freya tell you what she wants. Her preschool may have them to show you. You can keep them in a binder or have them around the house and have Freya show you what she wants

I don’t mean to ask a stupid question, but I have one. And the video that you were getting Freya a wheelchair. But she has her gait trainer and she’s learning to walk. Does this mean she will learn how to walk eventually but it’s delayed or will she not learn how to walk.

She probably will learn how to walk? Maybe? It’s all a question mark. Wheel chair users do not need to be non walking. It is a mobility device just like her gait trainer. Even if she does learn to walk she will get tired easily and not be able to walk long distances so we will use it for that too.

Please may I suggest that you set a timer so that you aren't gardening for too long for your back. I lost track of time the other day and I was bending and twisting for 6 hours.... I had no idea, I just lost track of time and I regret doing so now! Another human being around would also alert one to time passing.

That's a really nice space for your garden! Yes, kids need to get dirty at playtime..it makes that bath even better! I told Stephanie that I was so worried about Sebastian in the heat...I went so far as to tell her about the cooling vest that ya'll got for Freya...LOL! I hope you don't mind! When do the kiddos get out for the summer? Where I am in Tennessee they get out sometime this month and then go back in August. ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
