Hey Lauren! I know you mentioned limiting caffeine - I got the bizzy coffee a while ago and it literally contains more caffeine than most others - 250+g per cup! If you feel afternoon crashes it might be too much at once. Just sharing in case you didn’t know - love your content ❤
