📝 Recipe in the video
🥕 Braised pollack roe (available only with unseasoned frozen pollack roe)
- Lightly blanch 400g of unseasoned cod roe in water with rice wine (3t)
- Slice shiitake mushroom, paprika, bell pepper, whole garlic
- Make soy sauce with 2T cooking wine, 2T oligosaccharide, 50ml brewed soy sauce, and 1/2T tuna liquid
- Add 400ml of water to the boiled soy sauce and mix
- Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and the white part of the green onion and simmer in the soy sauce sauce over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove the green onion, add pollack roe, and boil for another 5 minutes
- Add the rest of the vegetables and red pepper and cook for 3 minutes
- Lastly, add starch water and cook for another minute (can be omitted)
🥕 Tomato marinade (refer to Hada@home's recipe)
- Wash tomatoes (500g) cleanly with vinegar or fruit cleaner
- Insert an X-shaped knife into the top of the tomato
- Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds
- Peel the tomato skin
- Chop half an onion and add it
- 30ml olive oil, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml balsamic vinegar, 10ml honey, a little bit of salt
- Add dressing and toss together
- It is delicious to eat cold in a glass bottle sterilized with boiling water
🥕 Smoked duck and cabbage rice bowl
- Add chopped green onion to make green onion oil
- Add smoked duck and fry for 2 minutes
- Add bite-sized cabbage and 1/2 onion and stir-fry
- Seasoning Sauce Add 1T red pepper powder, 1/2T red pepper paste, 1/2T sugar, 1T oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute over low heat.
- Finally, add sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish

I love seeing how you care for your plants all the time. It is so nice that you go for walks in the mountains. What do you do with your dryer filtered dust when it is done that you keep it in a jar as you do? I don't have a dryer, but I am still curious. Which drama are you currently watching? I've been watching Korean dramas since 2010 though right now I am not watching any (haven't really had the time to). Again, your food looks so good. I am glad you are able to have time with your friends! That is so nice. Thanks for the video!

Collect the dust from the dryer and dispose of it as general garbage. It's less annoying if I put it in a bottle and throw it away, so I'm doing that :) There's no drama I'm watching right now ^^;; I enjoy entertainment programs. I also really like Netflix movies. Thank you for enjoying the video😊
Aujourd’hui dimanche comme d’habitude je vais à la messe et dans l’après-midi j’ai aidé pour les quatres baptêmes et après mon amie Robin et moi sommes allés en forêt pour marcher. Ça fait vraiment du bien. Bonne soirée 😊🙋♀️

미소된장국은 마트에서 샀어요 :) 조미료 장코너에 있어요. 독서는 글쎄요 ^^ 딱 말씀 드릴 취향이 있는 것은 사실 아닌데.. 소설책은 유명한 작가님 소설을 주로 선택해요. 에세이는 주로 여자, 나잇대가 저보다 높은 작가님의 책을 주로 읽는 것 같아요. 개인적으로 은유 작가님 책 좋아해요. 그리고 참고로 영상에 나온 에세이는 "아침의 피아노" 란 책이에요. 가끔 제 개인 인스타에 읽고 있는 책들 기록 하거나 사진으로 남겨 놓으니 한번 살펴보셔도 좋을 것 같아요 :) 종종 책 더 공유하도록 하겠습니다. 좋은 하루 보내세요 🙏🙏😍😍
