Really enjoyed this behind the scenes look. So much work goes into what you do…good for us non-content creators to see what is involved. Thanks for all you do to inspire!

Keeping up with my blog was honestly the one thing I didn’t enjoy. I felt forced to do it. I feel vlogs are not as popular as they once were but I know it is also a good resource for those that discover older content, supplies etc. I appreciate all the hard work you are doing as I have some idea when I still did videos. And I appreciate how genuine you are! You are doing amazing and so happy for all you’ve accomplished so far!

Thank you so much Kari! I must admit I've been putting off writing on my blog purely because of the time commitment -- there are only so many hours in the day! Maybe I'll lean into vlogging instead lol. Who knows!
Holidaze - Wow! I figured there was a lot of work involved with being a creator who posts videos, but I had NO idea HOW MUCH WORK y’all put it for every single one. Bravo!!!
Your asmr videos had me at hello. I hope you don’t stop making them as they are fabby. Congrats on all the growing pains!
I always knew there was a lot involved with creating content, but it was even more than I thought. Kudo's to you for it all. It was fun seeing a day in the life as a full time content creator and card maker, something different. I barely want to keep up with my own blog, I don't think blogging is as popular as it once, but there are still some diehard people who get around to each other's blogs. Good luck with that if you decide to pursue it.

Glad you enjoyed it!
Omg! I feel so much better. Here, I thought everything you do is perfectly placed all nice and neat. But instead, you have things everywhere like I do when I craft! You made my day. I can now relax some. I spend more time organizing than I do making. Thank you for showing us this.
I loved this video! I am enjoying your content so much! It’s a breath of fresh air in the card making industry that I’ve been following the last few years. I see that scor pal in my Instagram feed and you immediately have my attention. I told my son, near your age, that I knew all the companies were going to be after you. Don’t get over-worked/stressed and lose your passion. Keep it fun! That’s the mama in me. 😂

Thank you for the kind words! I'm dreaming of a vacation in the new year! :)
Would love a video on where you get your card design inspiration from
Blogs are useful for more detailed instructions and photos of a technique or card.
You are soooooo real!! Love it so much!! Love all of your content. 💕
that was a lot of fun to see behind the curtain. Wow, so much work goes into what you do.
I love the content! This is exactly what peope want - to see the real side of our content creators! Love it! And was relieved to see that you make a mess during the card making process too! Whew! ❤
Hi Ralph, I really enjoyed watching this video. I gave me a lot of insight. I do not read blogs and I also don’t enjoy asmr. I like it when you post on KZread and talk with us about the process on how you make each card. Thank you for this video and I hope to see more soon
You are one super busy dude, you are into many different companies, love the glow forge content and your cards blow me away. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your parents. Keep ‘em comin plz. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Happy Holidaze to you! Thanks for the peak into content creators’ process. I had no idea how much work it is. I appreciate a polished card-making video, and that is why I enjoy yours so much. 😊
Wow! It takes a lot to do what you do day to day. I'm impressed at how well you keep it together. I enjoyed the video. TFS
Holidaze! I enjoyed your "Day in my Life" because I didn't realize how much work is involved creating your content. I actually would like to see more on your sponsor/partnership journey with the different companies and how it evolves and progresses! I love your creativity and seeing your cards become artwork. Thank you for sharing!
I love everything you put out!! You quickly became my favorite crafter!

Wow, thank you!
Loved the Vlog! Your Michael’s has so much more stuff still! All of our craft stores here have been cutting back on all there crafting aisles. It really is sad. I’m not feeling the magic anymore when I go into the stores. Is it them or me? There is nothing new out there anymore. You style of videos has really woke up the card making group of video makers! I am seeing a bit of changes to most of the popular card maker videos to speed things up and make them pop! This is awesome. There are a few long timer card makers that seem to go on and on when a simple quick video would work great. Thank YOU for you and shaking things up out there! Oh Boy! Whew, what a breath of fresh air! Keep up the great work! Happy Holidaze and Congrats!

Thanks Niki! I can also be guilty of going on and on lol -- especially on my lives! I'm glad we have a diverse pool of makers who share their talents so that everyone can have something they enjoy watching. Michaels is indeed cutting back it seems. I'm thankful Joann still caries some of the mainstays like Hero Arts, Tim Holtz, and Heidi Swapp.
Great to see the behind the scenes! Happy Holidaze!
I will be honest, I don't think I will read a blog. But I love your step by step card making videos on KZread :)

Appreciate the input!
I think being a content creator can be a lot of work! You have to be your own cinematographer, editor, scriptwriter, manager, brand consultant, social media administrator, and in your case the actual card designer and clean up crew! When you said you planned to film 3 things I was like :o that does sound like a lot!
@ralphtyndall
7 ай бұрын
Haha yes you go it! I would totally outsource the cleanup crew part if I could 😂
Holidaze Ralph! Love your vids and this vlog was fun. You are, without doubt, a talented and altogether refreshing talent! Keep "em" coming!
Holidaze! I appreciate all your content and especially as a new creator myself, it’s nice to see how others are working day to day. Thanks for sharing and can’t wait to see what all comes from your endeavors in the future!
Hi Ralph! I've been following you since you started your journey as a content creator and cardmaker. I love your perspective on crafting and would definitely read your blog, especially if you shared your design process, the way you come up with sketches or designs or even just choosing products that go together. As a crafter, these are the topics that most interest me so I would for sure, read up on that if you were to detail it in your blog. In the meantime, thank you for uploading all your wonderful content and I can't wait for your new line in 2024! Congrats!

Thanks for coming along for the ride! I'll keep these ideas in mind as I start to flesh out my blog 🙂
It’s interesting! Never knew you have to get your videos approved by the company you are showcasing. That makes sense! It also makes sense why you (and others) have to keep telling us how great X is! I don’t think I would do these too frequently, maybe 2 times a year would work. I would beef up your shirt, or just go with a hoodie! Most folks know nothing about Austin, or the artist community with in it, that might be interesting. I bet your yard is suffering from the drought and heat from the summer. I’m in Richmond (TX) and we’ve been getting rain and plenty of it! So hopefully you will too. Your Dog is darling! Keep us loving him too!
Didn't realize how much goes into this! Crazy train. Thank you for sharing! Love your blue eyes too. 😂 You need a vacation ❤

You could genuinely never make a video too long in my opinion. I love long vlog-type videos! Can’t wait to see what you come up with this holiday season ❤
I love to see a card be made from the idea, through the preperations untill the finished product.
Hello, thank you for the share. Good to know what goes on in a life of this type of some based job. Take care...I enjoyed your video...
Totally manic but I loved it. I can't wait to see your new line & demos. You're doing OK Ralph. Love from Maggie in the UK

Interesting. Your card making videos are my favorite, and the ASMR videos are fun. This was interesting to see the process you go through, but the Mom in me says- it’s great to get everyone’s thoughts or preferences, but you should do what you enjoy, whatever that is. The rest will fall into place. 😊
Thank you for coming to the football game!!!!
Thank you for the glimpse into your life! Looking forward to your line release. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺
Great video. You showed the real side of your life.
I would read anything you write. You are a breath of fresh air! But, you do you boo and don't take on too much! Enjoy the process. Much love and appreciation to you for sharing your world!
Holidaze - watched all the way through. From Fort Worth btw. Also, if it is a project I like then I will read the blog post. I like to read through as respect to the time that was spent creating the post.
Really enjoyed this Ralph! Found it to be a real eye opener 😊

HOLIDAZE! It's fun to watch a behind the scenes, everyday vlog in between your regular content!
I admire anyone who makes great KZread videos. I know the crafters I watch put a lot of effort into their videos.
Loved this video! I'm relatively new, but I've enjoyed everything you've posted, specially because you keep it so real. Good luck with your new line and all your projects.

Thanks for the behind the scenes video!! I love your videos Ralph, you add humor and make it fun to tune in and watch!! I love your honesty and how upfront you are, and of course I love your cards you make!! I would read your blog if you decide to do one!! Can’t wait to see your designs for Hero Arts!! 🤗 Holidaze!! (I forgot to put holidaze, had to edit to add it)🎄
Big fan of vlogs so I loved this video a lot! I hope you make more in the future. 😊😊😊
Hi Ralph, i am one of your followers and i love your vids, a blog from you will be great, looking forward to it❤️
Love your line. Love how it is so different from everyone else’s. Great ideas. So glad you took that leap of faith to do what you love and sharing what you love. Looks like your going to be a success in stamp and die designing. 😀

Hahaha... Quite an adventure your days are 👍🏼. I'd be so exhausted!
Holidaze! I worked from home for over 2 decades. Loved the freedom but unfortunately, I rarely took a sick day. I did take vacations but I always felt like I could drag myself to the machine. If I couldn't I was really, really sick or in the emergency room! Can't wait to see what you've designed. An occasional peak behind the curtain is good for me. I'm basically here for the cardmaking content.

It's easy to keep working when your job surrounds you at home haha
I love this, and would like to see more. I would also like to see you do some writing on your blog, although right now, I think I’d prefer Vlog versus blog - - at least until I get my cataract surgery. ❤
What would be good is a list of the products you use.

I do keep a list of all the supplies I use for every project on my blog! I also have a list of "essentials" over there as well.
Ok HONORED by the shoutout!!!!
I would love to read your blog. Loving all the holiday content!!!
Hi Ralph. I actually loved this video. I’m wanting to get started in content creation and it was a cool sneak peek. I probably have 6 videos filmed but I hate the editing process. I’m also not savvy on all the social media platforms. So excited for your product line. I’d like more information on how to seek those things out. Thank you for being genuine about the hard parts and sharing your crazy hair and pjs. Happy holizade! Also I don’t read blogs. Most of the time there is enough information in the video to get a great idea then I make it my own. ❤

Holidaze! Enjoyed the video, and Merry almost Christmas.
Wishing you and your family happy holidaze! 😁
I enjoyed the day in the life. #Holidaze!
Happy Holidaze Ralph! I don't read blogs but I have been watching your KZread videos since your first and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. You are a joy to watch! Love the ASMR videos too!
I love this! I enjoy watching all your content. You are so chill and real! Also, I love blogs still. I totally check yours often lol. Hope you have wonderful Holidaze!!
I love blogs, and have an old-fashioned (I'm old) feed reader FULL of crafty blogs. I like them better than vlogs, but I will watch vlogs if they're shorter and from creators I like. edited to add: holidaze 🎄
Super helpful, insightful video. Keep 'em coming, Ralph!
That was pretty interesting. Thanks for sharing it.
This is by far my most favorite KZread. I need more of this.. You're awesome! 😊
Holidaze! Side note: I'm waiting for you to drop your skin care routine LOL!
@ralphtyndall
7 ай бұрын
LOL. You might be disappointed to know that it only includes a face wash 😅
“Holidaze” Blogs are a lot of work especially if you do all the other social media outlets. I only read them if I need to see things written due to not hearing or understanding what was said in the video. I find blogs frustrating to leave comments which doesn’t help the creator. I am not a fan of ASMR so I mute them on IG. I prefer videos that are done in real time & not overly edited (those tend to leave steps out IMHO). Take care to not over commit or you will burnout. It is ok to say “not at this time” than to say yes & not give your best. Your vlog was great.
Very much enjoyed!
I loved this. It’s nice to see what goes into being a crafting content creator. I would enjoy seeing more. Thank you for sharing.
Holidaze 🎉
Just listening to this made me tired…busy busy busy.
happy holidaze!
Thanks, I'll check it out.
The Kim k video had me dying!!!!
I record videos for an online class, but haven't figured out how to edit them, so if I make an error in my lecture I have to record the whole thing again.
Don’t do too much too soon! You are too talented to get burned out!!! Rest and do things you enjoy also!!
HOLIDAZE!!! Late to see this but I really enjoyed seeing what goes into making this all look effortless 😂 You are a natural communicator and put everyone at ease. Keep vlogging, blogging and creating ❤ I have definitely become a loyal fan, greatly enjoy your work and appreciate you!
