I love when a patient says. You know, the little yellow pill! Or when they walk in demanding to be seen now!!

One thing is when they want to call and make 8 appointments when you need to finish courtesy calls still and they don't know when they want to make them, change their mind etc. Or, when they leave a vm without their name and need something filled, and no number. Or, someone gets mad and takes it personally if you can't take their insurance, etc. Or when relatives of patients smoke in the waiting room.
