I like the idea of putting mirrors on the wall to create illusion of wider space.

The oven should have be placed under the range and the cabinet above the oven removed to create a space for cooked food or food preparation. it should be a hanging cabinet above the oven. The work tables are not big enough. You didn't mention access to internet connection if it's available or where it can be installed.

Will be moving to the Philippines this year and still undecided if we will purchase a condo or house and lot instead. There are many hidden information that don't explained clearly every time I spoke to an online agent especially when it comes to price transparency. It make us skeptical sometimes to be honest unlike here in Europe, you get all information you need instantly.

condo = maintenance fees not disclosed, also look out for showrooms with extras not disclosed. Best to move to the province and buy land.

Talking without price

Why is the trash bin in the maid’s bedroom? Does she/he not deserve to sleep in an odor free room after a full day’s worth of work? The design is sophisticated but impractical. The trash bin should be closer to the kitchen sink where the actual prep work is done when cooking meals. Beauty is irrelevant without a functional purpose in this setting. I notice most of the condo lay out in the Philippines combines the maid’s room with the washer. Is that how we Filipinos ascribe value to our household help?

Magaganda yung units na featured sa vlogs nyo, but the host (lady) doesnt seem to know what she's talking about. She cant even use proper words that will match what she sees inside the unit. She also card switch so much. If tagalaog tagalog na lang, masakit sa ulo intindihan mga sinasabi nya. Mas worth it sana manood nito if the host is more articulate and not just blabbering for tha sake of saying something. Study the names, such as wall cladding, hanginf lights etc. Hndi yung kung ano ano pinagsasabi mo.

After watching this vlog my wife and I inquired just a few days ago at Cyril Luciano's WhatsApp number for the preselling of condos at Uptown Bonifacio but she never reply.😡😡👎👎. Do not recommend!
