Can you emulsify graphene using polysorbate?

OK. I'm a builder and I called and left a message at your company multiple times. Never got a response. Not a large builder but I was planning multiple desert exposed concrete houses in western Colorado. Wanted to do cantilevered flat concrete roofs with 4-6' eaves 6" or less. How do I get an hourly rate?
