I see someone already posted about horses and therapy. I agree with that person 101%. Mine bailed me out emotionally (mentally) more than I care to admit. I owed a few when I was younger/healthier and broke/trained them myself (I don’t advise you do that 😊). They’re wonderful, wonderful companions and therapists, and exceptional listeners. 😊 Hang in there ladybug. ❤️ 🤗 🙏
