@Jill van den Dungen It wasn't something small, it's her whole face... and ironically you are right, it doesn't make her any less pretty, the plastic surgery made here 'way' more prettier that she used to be. Sigh, too bad we all can't pay to be prettier...

+Rakel Lotusflower - She's had botox or filler under her eyes and around her mouth, a nose job and apparently lips as well, she looks very different before... If I had the money I would buy my way to 'pretty'... i think we all would... like Negin has... which maybe a reflection on how we tend to never accept natural beauty, wanting to pay for plastic surgery to look the way Negin does...
