Thanks to my friend Gregg Parker who’s shooting this house for his series Crazy Rich Houses, we get to check out this house.

@@hayn98 No. There's no celing limit. There's only floor value of properties that foreigners may buy, which vary according to states/federal territories, high-rise/landed, or MM2H programme. Generally in KL, minimum RM1million. In Selangor, minimum RM1M~RM2M, depends on category. Sarawak minimum RM500k. So, a foreigner may buy a property worth RM20M, RM50M or even RM100M in KL/Selangor/Johor/etc, as s/he wish, as long as it is not on reserve land/caveat etc.

I'm from Singapore. I must admit this RM19mil home is more tasteful, updated and technologically advanced than the S$63mil house in SG. Look it up. I find it more of a joke. This on the other hand, is exemplary of what multi million dollar house in Asia should be represented as. The previous owner not only have good taste, but great foresight as well. Nice job. Such a shame they're selling this away.

@@sdm3032 yeah, ppl are so dumb sometimes. They forget that the house is still quite empty. Even in any living unit, if there's nothing inside, of course its an ideal environment for echos to happen.
Impressive in term of d luxorius items, deco n furnitures ...more to lifestyle rather than homeyyy n intimation feeling. Just my opinion...Great video anyway!!

Hi to the Realestate agent i have reviewed this bungalow 1 year ago and yes it was a very specially constructed bungalow (i was very interested indeed) but don't you think all the greens you are showing surrounding the bungalow its actually another owners lands which soon or later would be constructed to be another properties which means this bungalow will be surrounded by buildings not by nature or jungles

Price should be around there for Singapore but for HK, this may be double or triple that of Singapore. That said, this property is really nice.

My bad. Generally for this size landed property, should range about 2-2.5x in Singapore unless located near orchard road which is rare.

WHAT TO IMPROVE IN THIS VIDEO: 1. they need to explain everything from the front door ( it's better to not cut the vid so tht we can know what this house looks like, how big it is, the structure of the house ) 2. The cameran should use a high tech camera so tht the vid will be more smooth. 3. Property Agent also need to explain everything. He missed some of the details in the house especially in the kitchen. I hope u guys can improve in the next vid
