Hello, entrance exam depends, I think, on what educ. level/program you will be applying for and your status in UB (prev. enrolled or new). Though, I'm not really sure about this. In my case, I did not take it as I took my primary education in UB na. For tuition fee, vv affordable naman but differs according to program and year. BSN, personally, offers reasonable TF. You may send UB-CNM/ UBSG-CNM FB Pages a message for the breakdown of fees. Hope I was able to answer your question :)
