Oh man. I guess it's good as a social club. It looks like most of the audience had a rough social time growing up and need some community . But if they ever tried any of this crap in MMA, Boxing or a street fight ... Oh gosh ...

i think you are right. the video is bad for starters. but in every single one of these kind of instructors teachings there is something you will take home in your heart because you know its applicable in one or the other way. social club feeling is a good reason to get together. maybe the best. if there is any ma in it even better. if you for example go to 0:49 you see a very old and practical technique. some people say jiu jitsu is what happens when you lose your sword on the battlefield. this is a very traditional technique and it really works a great deal. even in mma. boxing of course not so much ;) in the video its performed very badly though, but I am sure he knows the mechanics behind it and how to deliver it properly. he just wants to show flow in slow motion for now and not so much how to apply lethal damage.
