Then, on the back end, they go layoff all these extra people, and then call it, “Cost cutting measures.” Oh look at us, we’re so fiscally responsible. At the end of the day, doing interviews or whatever else is always a gamble. Analytics are useful when it's the same person interviewed by multiple platforms, but sometimes you have to deal with difficult people but that one random person who "didn't do numbers yet" could potentially be prolific and licensed down the line. I understand what Vlad is saying from a "business" point of view but it's also why people DON'T want to fuck with him. He didn't get here with an ego but now it's blatant how he vents to his "regulars" about his behind the scene beefs and why he doesn't fuck with up and comers early on. It's all ego greed and money, nothing about the culture
