I appreciate you taking the time and effort to make this video, Karolinger! It's always refreshing when content creators are honest about the products they're showing as well.

This is actually quite compact, which is a good thing for those of us that don't have a full-time sim setup.

Not knowing a thing about the various add-ons for flight/space sims this was a very informative video. Thanks!

Hi, I just got a pair of Gladiator NXT EVO (one is Omni). Do you think that a paddle is going to be a great piece of equipment to use with? Or 2 sticks is enough? I've been thinking that if I buy it, I will use it for a roll. And great review as always!

They don't have toe brakes. Do you think for msfs airliners for example will they do well?

You can implement some functions via the software, such as braking if you push through completely, etc. 👌

Thank you for the candid review. I haven't found a significant negative review on them yet. A question, though; how useful are toe brakes in a 6DOF space sim game, if at all? I'm new to Star Citizen and am debating adding a second stick and pedals (I just cannot seem to master M&KB flight.)

Using software, you can also add other functions to the pedal, for example to brake at the maximum point and use the rudder on the way 👍

These pedals look nice ~ I use a hat on my joystick to roll but I am trying to decide if I want to add a twist module or get pedals.

Hi - Do you know why there is a Network cable RJ45, I know it´s for connecting with the box, but that could have been with a USB connection?

  • @MrKarolinger

The standard way is to connect the pedal to a vkb blackbox with the RJ45. It has a USB port that then goes into the computer. You can also connect the pedals to a black box from a Gunfighter stick and only have one USB port for both 👍

@@MrKarolinger Thanks for your fast reply. I can see that in the guide, but I just find it strange that it´s through a network cable. The only VKB product I have is this rudder, I´m using WinWing for the rest.

@@MrKarolinger how ? Pushing with your toes does the rudder action. How do you get an extra axis for toe brakes ?

@@Arkaine_ Agreed! Proper toe brakes would need 3 axis and 3 different mechanical movements. All my stuff is VKB but I'll have to pass on their rudder system.

conclusion is, this pedal adds one more axis, that is auto-centering

Yes and no. you have a few options via the software to use depending on the pressure point. 👌
