It's my favourite of the tier 10 German heavy variety. It can sidescrape it's just not as simple to do as it would be in an IS4. I also like the rear mounted turret design on a lot of tanks, not just the VK72, it gives a lot of options to put damage out. Also Castilla isn't a preferred map of mine, you seem to do very well on it, I'm not jealous at all lol.

So I did the E 100 vs VK experiment today and I agree that I was much more comfortable in the VK game to game than the E 100 - even as an experienced player the VK was more dynamic battle to battle - it’s no VK 90 😉 - but I agree with your argument

I was the AMX (lord X-ray) in the last game. That gun is crazy good. I was really surprised you hit me as I was pulling back. It’s an honor to have played with you.

VK72 you got that big gunmanlet you really gotta bait people into shooting your smal weakspots beside the gunmanlet. Face huging the russian bias IS4 and T110e5 with the 72 is so satisfying like they can't do a damn thing if you know how to manipulate those weakspots besides the gunmanlet by baiting them,and the gun is actualy good people say the DPM like pls lets not talk about DPM like people give the Kranvagn a pass with that like miss 1 shot and you DPM is out the window. Its really underrated and the E100 is overrated + a noobstank

The bottom plate of the VK is so strong that you literally have to use gold shell no matter what, making it get less dmg per hit than the E100

In some cases for sure. Especially when you angle it down slightly. Since the upper plate is also stronger than E100 you can afford to do that

I would agree the VK is easier to play for inexperienced players, but the E100 obviously has a higher ceiling. You can basically put a slight hull angle on the VK and point your gun at whomever is shooting at you and you’ll get bounces if they are also inexperienced. However, the weakspots are insanely easy to pen for better players, whereas good players can hide the lower plate on the 100 and bait shots by changing the timing on where you have the turret angle. Basically pretend you’re going to shoot at them and then angle it back when they shoot. Takes more skill but it’s fun when works and you can really troll less experienced players. Can’t wait to watch this video btw. Yours are always top notch!

Thanks Jaq! I agree with what you stated it. VK 72 is better than E100 for a novice player who doesn’t want to or isn’t good with keeping angles. Otherwise E100 allows a player to progress further 👌

I definitely agree with what fatness always thinks about each tank in the game. He’s opinion is different from other blitz youtuber. In the case of the VK it can really stand on its own and hold a line. I always see players running the vk and still not bleeding even though the half of the enemy team is focus firing on it.

Ahaha hair reveal yes. I’ll have to find a way for map reviews. My style video is always live gameplay and waiting to get a map live so very impractical so I’ll need to think of a format for maps.

Honestly they are very close; VK 72.01K has a better armour profile but pays in other stats. If you can keep the reds at mid range (making it difficult to aim for the chicks) VK 72.01K does much better than e100.

The thing about vk is if you have decent pen its turret becomes completely useless cause it has weak spots right next to the gun. And since the turret is rounded, you can't angle

Maybe but the mantlet is still huge and if you keep your movements unpredictable it’s still hard to pen reliably. E100 is even worse in a situation vs a high pen gun. Any 380+ heat or premium shell can butter the turret under an angle.

German HTs got the most from HTs HP buff imo....

3000 HP mouse In other words, it can take most tanks more then a solid minute of shooting constantly at it to kill it, and that is if every shot pens, which being a maus, is only possible if he is AFK.(even then somehow someone can still bounce)

I think the best line for beginners is the E 100 line because the tigers are very easy tanks to play but the best tier 10 for beginners is hard to say but I think the top 3 would be the maus, E 100, and the VK 72.

VK72 has a better armor profile frontally while the e100 can sidecrape, i find e100 armor more relialble if used correctly, i agree, vk 72 is easy to use, but the E100 yields better results when wielded with skill imo.

Yeah except no matter what the E100 turret is always a struggle. You can angle but you aren’t able to shoot while doing so. You can miss a lot of opportunities simply because you were stuck angling instead of getting a shot off. For me, that’s something the VK will always have over the E100 regardless of the skill set off a player.

I got just unlocked the e100, I don't want to play on it because I love my VK 72.01(K) he he. I always knew the VK is a beast.

I would say VK72 is significantly better for a new player rather than E100 since the whole front has basically no reliably AP-pennable spots where the E100 is basically grey. Sadly, the VK has no armor against gold rounds except the turret and you cannot sidescrape to get an impenetrable position where E100 becomes one of the strongest pub tanks when handled correctly along with proper positioning

Initially I liked this tank but I have an incredibly hard time penning or even aiming correctly. I am really successful with it playing out front and letting it take the hits for my teammates but may sell it and go back to the E100...I really liked my E100 and that was my first tier x tank...

The Chrysler k is a great tank it's gun is really good for the tier and the armor when used properly is broken it's a great pick up right now I love it oh and it's mobility is epic it's like a medium with armor and big gun.

im now like if i play a light tank in tier 5 and i see there are 3 pz. IV gargoyle on the enemy team, then i think by myself: 'okay so we lost' and the same thing occurs when im playing tier 6 and there are 2 smahsers on the enemy team.

One tip is to always take a moment to look around after taking a shot. That is a good way to keep track of things around you.

Some low caliber guns can bounce off Leo but it’s a rarity and you should never rely on it

I think I have never bounced the turret of a leopard 1. If you want a medium that can go hulldown a t62 or an e50m would be way better options

The only problem while grinding this line is the VK45.02(A) Wich (at my opinion) is much tricky to play than even a AMX 50 100 And yes it's easier to play than the E100

Vk 25b has the same playstyle, but your lower plate is weaker in exchange for being able to sidescrape. It maintains the long reload, high alpha and rear mounted turret of the 72k and the strong frontal armor.

Dude you gotta use your Look-Out zone, auto aim on an enemy that’s poking you while you look around, especially in tanks like the VK, it’ll help by showing your toughest armour to those who want to shoot you, while making them think you’re keeping your eye on them, just a heads up homie, been caught out not using it countless times

I do lol. But my screen is so cramped on the right side I only use it if I turn 180 or for prolonged periods. If it’s a millisecond peek at my side I don’t bother. Never been an issue for me plus it keeps my turret moving constantly.

4:28 e100 is a lot better that how you angle to bounce 340 heat pen that wild . I hate vk because of gun depression, everyone will side huge and most of tanks are low profile hard to hit and get crushed and also many of players shoot heat nowadays. But e100 got very good gun and 7 degree gun depression got spaced armor, good hit points 2900 , and above average mobility for a huge as* heavy tank and fat alpha ;)

On the other hand, that E100 had to angle and he still took the shot to the face without a chance of return fire. That’s my point exactly. VK you don’t need to angle and you can deal damage without having to unangle your turret. 🌝🤝

I might say it actually could be better for more skilled players as well since it isn’t as vulnerable to heat spam

Exactly. It’s a very interesting trade off. Better hull down and no need to angle yet weaker sides and no side scrape. It’s a hard comparison.

Oh man the Ho-Ri is cracked and super cheap to run if that’s important to you

@@hisroyalfatness thanks. Credits not an issue. I find the Ho-Ri one of the most challenging tanks to fight against, so I’ll probably go for it
