When I used to play WOT, this was one of my favorite tanks. In a tier 5 game it was awesome, but even in a tier 7 game, dumping a clip in the rear of a Tier 7 heavy was always super fun.

This tank is the sole reason why i still every now and again have a few games of world of tanks despite the fact i became a war thunder player, i miss this tank, not only do i love the design and how fun it is but also it brings back memories since tier 5 is first tier where the grind to the next tier actually takes a while (used to, idk how grindy it is now few years after i quit) so its the first tank you really bond with if you go down that side of the tech tree.

Откровенно говоря, бой хороший, но как и все бои такого плана - сошлись звёзды: снаряды летят, соперники подставляют борта, толпой лезут на открытую простреливаемую местность, когда по ним стреляют щёлкают клювом и ни один даже блайнд не пытался отправить в сторону выстрелов. Большая часть урона нанесена с одного места, как в тире. Нет, я бы так не смог, помимо прочего присутствует чувство когда нужно отъехать назад, но чистое везение.

This tank and Luchs is such fun tanks to play

One of my favorite light tanks from when I used to play WOT but a tank you really have to know how to play well due to the long reload, poor gun range, and poor accuracy. If you can get behind even a Tier 7 heavy, you can do some serious damage even with on magazine and can ram other lights and do huge damage.

While i have never been remotely close to getting a game THAT good with the Leopard, when you get a good game with it, it can be fricking amazing, which this video showed oh so well. You need quite a bit of luck to make it work this well, but the burst damage ability combined with the light tank camo and speed makes for a lovely combination. It's a FUN tank to play, most of the time even when you don't get a good game with it.

Every game in the leopard is an amazing game if you press 2 lol. In 13 games I'm averaging 1.7k damage with 500 assist and 70% WR, but they cost like 80k+ a game, it's good therapy from BS games.

@@RedVelocistar Possibly, but i pretty much do not play with premium ammo AT ALL. Only the few tanks where you have to use it, and even there i avoid it if i can. "it's good therapy from BS games" *lol!* I bet! Just today and yesterday i've been playing it again and i'm averaging something around just under 1k dmg and 1k assist, so doing fairly ok after 9 matches since yesterday.

I considered getting this tank because you didn't need to use gold shell to pen most tanks. But, even shooting only AP rounds it quickly adds up and you end up losing credits, which is not a good thing at tier 5!

Have to try it again leopard and luchs always used to make decent money. Also gives me good winrate and I think luchs has my tier 4 damage record of 2000 or so

If you're using standard rounds and losing credits, you're probably doing something wrong. My completely uninformed guess, you're trying to shoot at too long range, so you're missing too much, not penning much when you do hit or you may even be shooting TOO long range. It has a hard max range, like most autocannons in the game.

@@DIREWOLFx75 the pro player in the video we all just watched lost credits if you look at the score screen so I don't anyone is doing anything wrong when they lose credits, it probably needs to be rebalanced

@@radscorpion8 He played with consumables and used up a chunk of gold ammo. And while i agree that gold ammo is absurdly overpriced for autocannons and light cannons, just dropping the consumables would have had him gain credits despite using gold ammo. Personally, i almost never lose credits with the Leopard. Just don't use gold ammo and it's outright hard to lose credits with it. I may not have broken the 2k dmg line with my Leopard yet, but i keep getting very close, so it's only a matter of time. Same about getting a 6 kills game with it, several 5 kills now and almost getting more several times. It's a really easy tank to break even with.

And a fair bit of luck. I really enjoy playing this tank, but it's very easy to get trashed with it. The opponents ALLOWED him to keep reloading in peace all the time for example, that's the absolute worst thing you can do if you face one of these. They came at him at most 1 by 1, and mostly not even that. This is one of those tanks that you simply cannot let it control the fight, if you do, you lose. If you face one of these leopards, get him to spend his clip, then charge him with 3 tanks in a group and he's instagone. Or you can set up with a spotter/sniper combo, that also works as long as the spotter doesn't get too adventurous. Etc etc... Again, it's a great and FUN tank to play, but all that's needed to ruin your game is that ONE person guess where your'e hiding and blindfires and you're a goner. Or that a few enemy lights/meds decide to hunt you down, then you have zero chance unless the terrain is perfect for you. Using this tank well against a competent enemy team is really difficult.

Особенно на последнем сопернике, забавно в автоприцел танк взялся, учитывая что он не навёл перед этим на танк соперника центральным маркером, на запрещёнках пацанчик 100%, присмотритесь сами.. Так смешно спалиться, надо постараться! Напомню это у колесников была или есть до сих пор такая приколюха, магнитный прицел, не обязательно наводить центральный маркер на танк, достаточно даже рядом с ним нажать на автоприцел, и танк захватывается, это из за высокой скорости колесников была добавлена такая механика, неудобно было на большой скорости потому что захватить в автоприцел врага! А у гусеничной техники такой механики, не было никогда, и не будет! Так что, спалился пацанчик, это 100%

Сервер так настроен и арта по нему даже не фокусила на ней там никто не играет,евроофф без задротов наш ваня залетел пояснил про скилл уже на перекатке раздамаживать стал игра от кустов ломка домов знание пригодились.Кстати такой же леопард стоял напротив но слился когда мог выйти дать барабан.

Качество видео - ужасное!Это танк - Рысь.

А что ты удивляешься по бою видно как кто куда смотрит разворачивается только когда по ним идет урон на мини карту никто не смотрит пт приехал когда уже на фланге никого не было идет долгая перестрелка на расстоянии это говорит о том что экипажи не полностью прокачены и в игру заходят не задроты а любители пострелять это в духе еврооффа.

И чё ?

leopards need to be moved up at least one if not two tiers. Or lose that gun.

Nah, it has several drawback to make up for its good sides. The gun is great against tier 3-5, but front and even side armor on heavies starts getting really bouncy from tier 6 and up. And then there's the maximum range on the gun, it can get very problematic sometimes against higher tiers, because you need to be able to hide to be fully effective, and at higher tiers, there's too much maxed out spotrange tanks. While the player in the vid did a great job, what if all the enemy heavies had started blindfiring against the northern hill? He would have died quickly. Or before that, what if the enemies on and near the hill had cooperated properly to destroy him? He would have been gone. And of course, the tank isn't nearly as excessive as it may look. I have it myself and to make up for it's terrible ground resistance i have upgraded tracks on it. Without those it gets seriously sluggish. That's just one of several issues it has. So no, it's strong for a tier 5, but it's not strong enough to be a tier 6. Trust me on that, even just T-34 85s and Sherman armor can be a real beyotch to pen, never mind -heavy- tank armor at tier 6.
