How do I connect this surround sound to my lg tv? We connected all the wires correctly, but no sound is coming from it.

I would check the HDMI cable. Also check it's connected to the HDMI ARC on the TV and the soundbar is set to that input. You can also try connecting with Bluetooth if the TV has it to the soundbar. And check to see if you can sound

What's the model number for your controller? I bought wrong number and the setting is less than you.

It's a little tricky. You have to put a little pressure in the middle and pull down.

Great question! I would say it depends on each individual. It does have a movie setting. I would say check each setting to see what you like best. Bass, Treble etc.

Mine doesn't have that window on top. Is that a problem ?

It sure will! As long as you have the sounbar hooked up with HDMI ARC all the sound will go to the sounbar. It's amazing for Playstation and the surround sound!

And now my optical cable wire when connected to the tv it shows the red laser but when connected to my vizio sound bar it doesn't produce sound and ended up purchasing another cable still no signal what should I do now

Do you have an HDMI ARC port on your TV? If so try an HDMI cable. If that doesn't work then I would contact Vizio

@@laron.henderson yes am using HDMI arc for watching movies but optical has a good sound bass when listening to music from the tv screen....or I don't know if the optical port on the bar does not receive signal anymore
