It does look impressive! I'll be interested to see how the 200mp periscope performs, and reviews. I have the Xiaomi 14 ultra at the moment which I'm also very impressed with. With the China Rom, I understand Car play doesn't work, which doesn't worry me, but I have a Garmin watch, would that still be able to pair, and the notifications still come through?

2 reasons for me. All Bluetooth codecs and top tier cameras. SBC, AAC, LC3, APTX, APTX Adaptive, APTX HD, APTX Lossless, LDAC and LHDC Bluetooth codecs. A Bluetooth speaker lover's dream phone. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

As much as I'd like to try it out, my current X100 Pro (Global) I got for 800 euros, now that's a really good deal... but I will watch the reviews closely 💯

Correct, "better" or bigher sensor doesn't mean anything. And 100 zoom is a total gimmick anyways. Give me nice 10x or amx up to 20x and ill be happy

I prefer the dimensity soc its already proven to be more powerful,theres a reason Snapdragon are copying dimensity architecture for the 8gen4...ive had no problems with heat or slowdown..i hope next year vivo use dimensity for all variants instead of hypebeasts snapdragon love..theres many comparison videos on youtube where x100pro outlasts Xiaomi 14ultra & other Snapdragon phones so this worse battery claim your making is false X100pro display is not full hd but full hd PLUS... The x100 pro takes better pictures than the current ultras in my opinion and im intrigued to see how the x100 ultra fares with its new blue imaging soc alonside the V3 soc and zeiss collab Only phone in my opinion that can top the x100 pro in photography is the x100 ultra

Now with the x100u we'll get to see how they do with the lyr900 Ima say it again real world usage trumps specs on paper

I ordered my Vivo x100 Ultra from Vopmart. Their customer service confirms that this model supports band 20. They also confirmed that the new Vivo x100s Pro does NOT have this frequency band.

my x90 pro+ has ultrasonic fingerprint sensor too so vivo decided a long time ago to go with ultrasonic

I almost preordered this phone but ended up buying the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra instead. All these Chinese phones with larger sensors do take excellent photos and videos, which is indeed their main strength, but the Samsung offers a more complete experience, especially since I couldn't overlook the absence of Google Play Store on Chinese smartphones. While sites like Giztop may provide the phone with everything pre-installed, if you factory reset your phone to resell it, everything disappears. It’s not as well integrated, so I prefer to go with the Samsung. What kind of phone do you have in the comments ?

Disagree ultra will have better quality zoom shots. I remain disappointed with S24 ultra vs s23 ultra zoom pictures across the board, even after 4 months of updates. So having new lens, at 200mp, on new SOC, is a recipe for software disaster and can take more than a year for them to get it right. I'm not convinced it will be better..hope so but will wait for folks like you to prove it

Clearly Vivo's competing with Xiaomi 14 ultra within the big chinese market for the title of n.1 camera phone. It's even coming out with a camera kit just like Xiaomi did. They don't care about us at all, chinese market is so big why care for a few enthusiasts like you or me. XM 14 ultra is a very solid and well done piece of tech which mostly got praised by professionals as the best in the pack. So be sure Vivo cannot fail this one. You can bet they have been on this project for months and want to show their excellence. In about 3-4 weeks KZread will be flooded by merciless comparisons and no one on the fray want to appear the loser.

Camera pixels mean nothing if the software is crap , its always pixel binning so not much of a chance to use it if the camera app is bad china . No interest in another china phone as my honkr now has a crease . Out of the box yes it looks perfect but real use over a couple of months brings the crease nearly as deep as the fold 5. My oneplus open also has a crease forming as well , guess the glue is bad
