Fun fact: in their radio interview with Chungha, the members said that they actually pick Untie as title, but yeah the company chose Maniac.

i feel like viviz or just kpop groups in general are tending to go safe when it comes to title tracks i would have loved untie as a title and it would have been so fresh and different as well..

In the ailee radio program i think viviz said they like and want untied to be the title track, but BPM didnt want and make maniac to be title track

I love untie. It's such a good song but I do think maniac is more of a title track. It could be considered going the safe route but the thing is untie hits hard but it hits hard throughout. I don't think it's dynamic enough for a title track with a catchy choreography so I can see why the company went with maniac. I wish they had promoted untie as a secondary though like love love love.

I saw in facebook that they have a choreo for it and kany and another choreographer choreograph it and kany said that if she's involved in the process in the choreo there will always be a hip moves but I didn't see that they will be performing it but I hope it's too good to not perform it 😭

I think Untie can be a double title track because Maniac is really good. Based on what the girls said, they were worried about how Maniac would come out as a title but grew to it as they worked on it. This time I actually disagree that Untie should be the title over Maniac. They BOTH should be titles for this era. After promoting Maniac I think BPM should promote Untie like give it a music video with the FATE ver concept to complete this era. We need to email BPM bc I want it.

Yesss this is the answer. I was saying too that untie can't rly be THE title track and the standalone title track. It doesn't work for like.. repetitive stage perfs imo. Like choreo wise too. But double title track would have been sick.. maybe they will? I actually don't know why idols don't do that anymore. It was big in the first generation. They'd promote two songs from the same album like tvxq with debut hug and then followup my little princess...

They always choose the wrong title track and it really impacts VIVIZ’s overall success. I also don’t understand why they don’t give Eunha or Umji or Sinb high notes in their TT and don’t have a dance break or something. They need to do something to spark more interest but it just seems like they are going to fade away and it makes me sad.
