My IOL Exchange surgery was don on 30 Dec. 2023. and Alcon Vivity was importanted. But still I am not able to see clearly distance vision, Intermediate Vision as well as functional near vision. Doctor have no adive for me. They are not telling what is the reason behind this. **I am very waried about my Eye. Any have any advice for me**. Past History - Before Catract i had cristal clear vision at all distances without glass. Catract surgary done in starting stage. pervious surgary was done with Byfocal of Appasamy Associates on 22 Nov. 2023. IOL Exchange done withen 40 Days.
Vivity iol works good in dim light?? I don't really agree.. Plus it requires near reading glasses esp in dim light

Dear sir' I had cataract in my left , recently i did cataract surgery in my left eye and implanted johnson & johnson's Technis Eyhance . I was thought that tecnis eyhance is a EDOF lens but after implanted i need specs for intermediate and near. I made mistake(dr not properly advise) earlier my choice was Alcon Vivity which is EDOF lense but due to fund problem i could not implanted Alcon vivity. There is any way to make surgery again and implanted Alcon vivity . I am extremely worried please me for this issue. Yours truly Irfan Faizi

No need to remove lenses In some cases they will do Lasik to correct power problems consult any refractive surgeon and take their suggestion...there's is also a chance to exchange lens many doctors say it's possible depending upon ur condition
