The first thing I said when I heard was Dacob will be devastated. A sad day to lose a true icon like Vivienne. Long live her fashion. RIP

I am so sorry for your loss. You were the first person I thought of when I heard the news.

I thought of you right away Dacob. I have feelings of sadness, and I'm sorry for the lost, but as the day has gone on I'm starting to feel grateful and joyful to have witness and appreciated her talent and her life. Thanks for posting Dacob.

My grandmother died 4 years ago yesterday so I was already feeling sad but this additional news broke my heart. I think the grief of the deaths of Pele and Vivienne Westwood and how both inspired peoples in two very different mediums show us that despite all the bad things going on and all the horrible corruption that want to ruin fashion, art and sport, that we still have champions who will give everything they got into their field. Viviane was the perfect example of this, she never settled and rested on her laurels
