i wish she got to sing more. i’m tired of her barely getting any lines or screentime :( and seeing orbits defending her barely getting any lines makes me so upset. they always say “she’s not confident in korean” when she literally speaks korean everyday and has an entire song in korean. she may not be the strongest singer in loona but she’s improving and she’s gotten better, and to the orbits that keep defending her not getting lines and making up excuses, how exactly do you expect her to be confident and to get better if she isn’t allowed to showcase her talents? anyways i love this video :)

I agree. If BBC doesnt let Vivi showcase her voice, that wouldve affect her, especially her confidence in herself and in her skills. This has been proven in psychology, rosenthal effect. Basically if you treat a person as if theyre smatt or dumb, theyll act accordingly. Fortunately, her members encourages her and helps her with her confidence

i get what people mean when they say she doesn't have the "strongest" voice in loona & i'm not calling anyone out, but i do wish more statements would acknowledge that her vocals & rap would very likely be considered much stronger if she got to showcase them more. i think vivi has a very unique, versatile and distinct voice that deserves to be heard even in the "harder" (more vocally challenging) parts of loona songs. & there's a lot of "areas" (longer and more frequent raps, adlibs, her LOW REGISTER!) that bbc has barely explored at all, and vivi could do so much there. so at the end of the day, what vivi deserves (and what we as orbits have to keep demanding) are not just more lines but REAL lines. stan vivi and stan loona!

i wish bbc would train her vocals more in terms of developing and working with her lower range more like they're really doing her a disservice by making her strain her voice in using her upper range and making her look bad when she's so talented and has so much potential if they would actually just pay more attention to her.

Her voice is very distinct and surprisingly she seems to have a large range. My dream is for her to do an official cover of ‘Gotta Be you’ by 2ne1 because i feel like she could display both of her talents in a way we haven’t seen already. And surprisingly she is a very interesting rapper i want her to get more rap liness.

its been years and the best showcase we've gotten of her voice was the karaoke episode where she sings playing with fire. she sounds confident, unique, like she's having fun! we need that kinda stuff for her so bad and I'm legit saying this because she sounded so GOOD i wanna hear more

It's the downside of having 12 members, but with some effort it could be a lot fairer. Like the last comeback of AoA, Chanmi got about 20 sec? Before it was 5-8 at most, sometimes even 0.0sec. Or maybe Kim Dahyun, Twice. Writer, composer, singer, rapper, dancer. Super gifted. JYP: yea, you get two raplines that someone is gonna repeat after you (dtna)... As they got Heejin, Chuu, Soul, Lip for the chorus and Them Notes...there isn't a lot of time left, so maybe when they'll do sub units again we get stuck with this problem although Why Not and 목소리 weren't that bad for Vivi

Vivi could sing and rap well, plus, she could sing consistently while dancing. I couldn't wait to see her sing more in the oncoming comeback.

i dont think the "all i want for christmas is you" is live singing (it looks like lip sync to me) but her vocals are very pretty there even still

I think ViVi isn't given more lines for political reasons. She's from Hong Kong, and there's a lot political turmoil going on there right now. I think they're doing the best to keep her from being dragged into all of that and becoming a target for extremists.
