    i have a ricoh theta v, i downloaded the movie converter to my desktop and when i make a video and upload to my desktop and then put it in converter it says unsupported format? i then downloaded the basic app download and it work for the first few videos and stopped now it converts the virtual reality view to a side by side view??? any ideas

    It still does not work. I put the app on my iPhone and pushed video there same thing unless I send it to KZread first then I can disburse elsewhere from KZread but I can’t have the raw video work without doing all that
