Impressive withdrawl tool. Wish i had one!! As I write this I have removed injectors 2 and 3 on my Renault Trafic 2006, 1.9. (Injector 3 copper seal failure). Injectors 1 and 4 stuck and wont pull at all with extraction hammer. Hammer equipment beginning to bend. WD40 no good....Injector freeze fluid no good. Was told today to steep injector bases with 2 thirds kerosene and 1 part petrol overnight.....lets see tomorrow how many tools can break getting these injectors out!!

Ive been fighting with my injectors to. Spent 4hrs to get 1 and 2 out, today just got injector 3 to move left and right. Injector 4 is solid! Took down to a shop and they put 8-9 ton on it over night......just ended up pulling the threads out. Injector 4 still locked solid, I even heated it up red hot and still nothing. Nightmare. The cylinder head is off so I may end up just drilling the injector out now!

Thanks for the advice. 9 injectors later and the last report from Bosche is that they no longer provide warranty on injectors fitted to Vivaro or Mavano. My last injector lasted 9 months DO NOT PURCHASE VAUXHAll .I am stuck owing 8000 on mine but will never buy a vauxhall again.

It's a Renault engine and Renault car. Barely nothing on these cars are genuine Vauxhall/Opel parts. My vivaro is now stuck at the workshop because of a broken and stuck injector. They should cover 4 new injectors with labor for this stupid design failure.

My Vivaro has 300k km on the odometer, and still runs on original injectors..

Thank you for your video - useful! Deletant's question: can these injectors be lubricated with copper grease like we use on Oxigen sensors on the exhaust? In theory it should greatly reduce the risk o hard seizing.
I totally agree with Mr Broadhurst, my vivaro which admittedly I bought secondhand, is without doubt the worst vehicle that I have ever owned. I have spent approx five thousand pounds on repairs in the fifteen months I have owned it. Truly appalling vehicles, I certainly would never buy anything manufactured by them again!

Yes; Same here. Only had Vivaro for 5 months now and spent over £8,000 on repairs. This is a nice looking but shockingly unreliable van!

These vans should have been called back and burned to the ground in a huge collective fire. This design is beyond stupid.
