Normally, when we book via GetYourGuide, the seat will be assigned by the cruise, so customers would not know the seat number and Zone yet until the check-in at the pier. But we can use “Chat “ in GetTourGuide app to request the zone that you prefer after you book the ticket. The help center will help you check and assign the seat. The help center Chat is very helpful and responsive as I used to booked the cruise on the wrong date, and they help me change the date within a few minutes without any charges.

@@cecilia2737 Sunset dinner cruise is the best choice as you will enjoy the sunset and evening view along the Chaophraya River. Moreover, the sunset cruise is normally cheaper than the evening cruise.

It’s Viva Alangka Cruise. It starts and stops at Icon Siam department store only. There’s no pickup at Asiatique for this ship.

At 4PM on the day that you visit the cruise, just show the e-voulcher that you received from APP/e-mail to staff who is waiting at the pier. He/She will issue the hardcopy of the cruise ticket and sticker for you. It is quite difficult to book and pay at the pier as all tickets would be sold out prior to the cruise.

@@Retlan54 If it's drizzling staff will hand out umbrellas, but if it's raining, you can go inside. Yes, the music is loud if you sit near the stage but it’s optimum level if you sit somewhere else.
