Renat LeonGardus nope , look at the singer of System of a down he can still preeeeeety good not as good during his teens. The voice will remain if you take care of it its like a gift you can only acquire a good voice through good genes or hundres of hours practicing manipulating the keys of the song. Look at john frusciante although he almost died from overdose cocain he can still sing very well.
