Denis is getting stronger, but he just doesn't look anywhere near as big as he was before his health problems. Not yet anyway.

If he wants to be that big again, he will have to take the same doses at the same frequency of the same PEDs as before, which would probably deteriorate his health more rapidly than his current cycles

Study's show that grupo strength can be increased up or at least mantained up to 60 yrs old WITHOUT Gear/juice, muscle in cyplenkov case is in fact lost at leas 15- to 20% of it now not all juices target growth some target neurology al aspects like enhance, dopamine at the momento of exertion and increased brain signal to contrato the nerves in muscles, still not clear if those nerves grow if you aditionally use este cells...... No On crazy enough to go On those Study's for the sake of it

you have no choice to use your pronation in that lift regardless of how you do it, nobody is gonna do it exactly like devon but they don’t need too, its still effective

man there are some keyboard critics out there! his lift looked damn good to me. 71kg is absolute badass level no matter what the critics want to say about “proper” form. 💪🏼

The iv treatment that Denis got is ascorbic acid and iron. Ascorbic acid is vitamin c 😂. Why is this news and excited about vitamin c. It’s regural multivitamin iv for faster recovery lol. It’s not like a an untested photostatin bug that Devon got which reduces any muscle loss and bone loss of their host.

To say the price is too high is quite unfair when it’s so difficult to organize an event and they’re highlighting pullers from Asia to bring in a whole new audience. For me it was not too expensive at all, if anything east vs west is way too cheap for its quality

The European Championship was organised by WAF, World Armwrestling Federation, not WAL. Also, Daniel Procopciuc only competed left, as he will pull Alan Zoloev right hand at AMC.

Useless pronation lift? I improved my pronator by 12 kilos just lifting like that with clean technique lol. I used to do a lot of shitty exercises on pronation like Europeans do but this had to do nothing with growing

Am I the only one who thinks denis has a 65% chance? Don't get me wrong I'm not a Denis fan, because when denis and devon had a match i always said devon was a favorite. devons match iq is much better than ermes and he used perfect technique to beat denis. but about ermes, first of all, he has very weak wrist and i think denis can take it. and if miracle happens and ermes takes denis wrist, ermes wont finish because flop press is not doable against denis, because denis hand is huge and he also knows how to beat flop. denis is not an armwrestler to underestimate. he gave a good match to devon, but ermes got destroyed.

@@antiVeganism-pf3on matt mask, kurdecha, dave chaffee, devon larratt, levan... took his wrist. laletin was close too and ermes flop pressed, that means even laletin had ermess wrist. and for denis, devon used many attacks to take his wrist. denis also took daves wrist, pushkars wrist and many great toprollers wrists. denis would stop ermes at kingsmove, take his wrist and then finish him. ermes cant to much, he is not versatile at all. only people ermes took wrist from are genadi (who is more presser), jerry (flop user) and matt mask(who lost to many other opponents and even lamparelli took his wrist). only feat ermes has is stopping levan. and it happened because levan didnt had press or couldnt come up to finish the match. levans form was shit in that match. if that match happens again, levan would 6:0 him.
