I would love to see more John Brzenk. But John Brzenk would bring a very different energy to these videos. John is an introvert. And also he doesn't like working out, never has. Nowadays he just enjoys being with his grandchildren, or being lazy on the couch with a beer watching TV.

Larry Wheels is so humble. In a field where ego is such a massive factor, he is more than willing to be butt of jokes and have a good laugh. He is generous in his praise and has a true appreciation for others achievements.

Wow ! The idea of an inverted punch makes a lot of sense to me. Add a bit of pronation and side pressure and that's a pretty good tip for a beginner.

Dubai is like a space port in Star Wars, where all ships, cruisers, alliances, armies, lords, galaxy rebels stop by!

This is the first video to me where Larry actually looks like an armwrestler. No disrespect to anything else I’ve seen from him, but this to me is the best and a fantastic example of Larry putting to use all of the skills he has been taught. And he’s starting to look like a handful.

There needs to be tables lined up in a row so we can see multiple ppl pulling and practicing

Larry made some huge improvements with staying tighter. His hand wrist following same line as shoulders. Hope some of new comming Armwrestlers can teach him to move more inside and learn him to engage his shoulders abit more.
