hello - liked your video! have some questions. I did not see any choice to pick seats when I went to book. They just assigned me seats 13/14/15/16 which is one row. Do you know if the pair 13/14 and 15/16 both turn? If I need my seats changed whats the best way to do so. Thanks!

No they wont be able to move

Engine is added in both way, Pune - Mumbai and Mumbai - Pune (added in Karjat) because of ghat. Not all the passengers are happy as alternate seats are able to turn 180 degree.

Are Deccan Queen and Deccan Express different or the same?

They both are different trains. Deccan Queen (12124 & 12123) runs departs Pune Jn at 7:15 am and reaches CSMT at 10:25 am. The same day it leaves CSMT at 5:10 am and reaches Pune at 8:25 pm. Deccan Queen is a legendary train on this route and has completed 92 years recently, it is also going to get the new LHB coaches custom designed in green-red colour scheme. This train is probably the only train that has its own dining car restaurant where you can have some snacks. The Deccan Express (11007 & 11008) is a different train. Everyday it departs from CSMT at 7 am and reaches Pune at 11:05 am. In the evening at 3:15 pm from Pune and reaches CSMT 7:05 pm. It takes more time because it has more stoppages in Pune and Thane. This train I believe doesn't have a pantry car either.

No they don't ask for your photo ID but it is always better to carry it with you if you don't want any trouble while travelling. Kyunki pata nahin rahata Na kabhi koi gusse wala TT a Gaya to fir puchega to kya karoge aap

Totally waste of money aap is vistadom coach me 1st time travel kr rhe ho to mai yahi kahugi ki aap mat hi jaiye since pahli bat to aap isme apni marzi se seat rotate nahi kar sakte hai aapko dusre se permission leni padegi jhagda hone ka bhi chance hai aur agar permission mil bhi gyi to 2 couple seat ek sath bend nahi kar skate mere is 1st travel experience me 3 logo me jhagde ho gye seat rotate k liye aur ye bahot hi bad experience tha. Selfie point k samne engine laga tha to wo bhi dekh k mood kharab hogya
