Another thing to add to your very expressing video is when her boyfriend shot himself on that exact porch right there. He actually took a huge blue tarp that you would use to cover a hole on the roof of a house to keep from making a mess on the porch where Mindy found him. When Mindy took her life she was thorough enough to take a blue tarp as well and laid it out right before she pulled the trigger on herself just like and copied the same spot when she took her life. Allegedly she was very depressed from the drugs and feeling like a failure and lonely because she lost custody of her sons and lost her boyfriend. Mental health is very real!

I had a friend who did the same thing. Bought the tarp from our work (Home Depot) a week prior with a smile on his face and being his usual joking self. Went home and cleaned out the fridge, took all the trashes out, put his laundry away, etc, before he laid the blue tarp out over his couch and floor. I'm not sure why that just made it so much more sad and somber after the fact. Thinking about him and his mental process in the days leading up to. He was thinking about whoever was going to discover him, and he didn't want to be inconsiderate to them... Honestly he never let on that anything was wrong, not once. It was incredibly sad.

That is so awful! My mama always taught us that no matter how angry you get try to make things right with that person and always check on people and encourage them. You never know what people are fighting on the inside. I have huge anxiety and it was almost impossible to find a doctor to accept our insurance. On top of that I was diagnosed with colerectal cancer! I went through hell and just wanted to be out of pain! I saw how my sickness was wearing on my husband and kids and I just didn't have any more fight left and wanted to give up and missing my mama who I know would have been here to comfort me but she passed in 2013. I got really depressed and tried sharing my feelings with my husband and kids but they didn't understand and said I was weak and needed to get over it! That made everything worse! I eventually called out to God to help me strengthen myself and he did. I'm a bit better but was also diagnosed with Lupus as well 4 months ago. I'm going to keep pushing myself regardless with the help of God. Unfortunately not everyone is mentally motivated and have a relationship with God

Her boyfriend was a good friend of mine from the road. He was in a band called B-Side from Fayetteville, Arkansas and it was a shock to hear what happened with him. The last time I saw him was in a studio he was engineering in in Nashville and he was quite happy with what he was doing at that point. RIP Dave.

Thank you for taking the time to film this and with respect to her memory. The day before her death she instructed that an unreleased song “I’ll See You Yesterday” was released the following day. She claimed she had an affair with former baseball player Roger Clemens, she met him when she was 16, but said the relationship didn't get sexual until years later, which means he could have groomed her. He denied it but his lawyer called her "a close family friend" and that she had flew on his private jet, that his wife knew about the relationship. A lot of people go through things that inner demons are born from and suicide becomes their last hope for escape.

Mindy McCready was asked about her relationship with Clemons after a writer for ESPN had written a big story about it. She didn't deny it. Clemons had met her at fifteen in a karioki bar in Florida during spring training. Supposedly (winky wink), the relationship didn't turn sexual until McCready had moved to Nashville and was eighteen. Right after Mindy hit it big with her debut album and "Guys do it all the time" head of BNA records Joe Galante mentions seeing Clemons come into a bar where he was with Kenny Chesney and Mindy. Clemons was meeting Mindy there and Galante was put off because he, Mindy and Kenny Chesney were supposed to go to a certain function that would get a lot of publicity. Galante said he told her, we don't have time for this for you to meet with Clemons. Of course Mindy didn't listen. Of course that didn't go over well with the head of the record label. So it was no secret. I read that her brothers were flown on Clemons private jet to games even when she wasn't around. All this came out in an ESPN story. Clemons certainly could have sued the writer. I notice he never did. Gee, I wonder why? 😆
