Going back in time to the old neighborhood seeing all the changes that have taken place. No matter where you go in your travels, its still home.

Jordan, the Music store you purchased your first guitar is located the in the same stirp mall i delivered pet supplies to in 1997 and 98. Super Petz was the name of the pet supply store. There was a drive through liquor behind the mall at that time. The wife and i took a journey to see Annie Oakly Monument as well as her home, birth home, cemetery and the place she passed away in. Very interesting. Keep up the good work.
I am happy to take this sentimental journey with you. This is the Jordan that reminisced about moving to Hollywood, showing your first apartment and music school. You have been the most open and talented vlogger--that's why we trekked to the park with you an Hah every day.
It's very interesting to see the beginnings of someone you admire. Thanks for sharing!
had a great moment watching and listening to your memories thanks Jordan it's amazing how you grew up. stay safe
You are definitely a great story teller. I loved your tour of Troy!
I am going back to my hometown late October to settle an estate and I am not looking forward to seeing the changes. It's true - you can't go home again but we have all the wonderful memories which no one can take away. Great video Jordan - and hugs to Jah!!! ☺️😊🥰❤️😍🦩☀️

I think anybody who started out working for Mickey D's has some stories to tell.
Jordan, outside of losing your dad at such a young age, you had a very healthy and normal life. A wonderful life!!! May all that is good always be with you!!!

I ENJOY WATCHING your vidos! They are nice places ever where You travel.Have fun i will be with you friend.
OMG Jordan!!! Now I know why you looked so familiar to me back when we first started following you…I worked in Plant Operations @ UVMC!!!You’re bringing up all kinds of memories! When my father in law Phil retired he worked at that video store through the 90’s with my buddies Chuck and Scott! The gentleman who owned Sound City Music was a great guy! That must have been the place where you learned not to like Big Band Music 😂…I’m still friends with Bob Barrett…one of a few people I’ve met that truly cared…although we moved away from Troy it will always be my second home…we lived in the big grey house on the corner of Main and Crawford next to St. Patricks which sucked every year during their festival in May…lol😂 We’re you downtown during the Laser Show during the Strawberry Festival in 98 or 99 I think…they only did the laser thing one time but it’s my favorite story about Mayor Pete😂😂😂
Thanks Jordan for sharing with us your life growing up in Troy. It makes us understand how growing up in a small town can be. One great thing about it all is the importance of a close knit family unit. When one is raised in the larger cities, parents have their challenges in juggling the workplace with home. I can see how being a creative person can make one “spread their wings and fly” elsewhere. At the same time, childhood memories last forever and continue tugging at one’s heartstrings. Great work, Jordan. ❤️🙏🏻👍⭐️
Great addition to the initial vlog of your life in Troy, Ohio. Thanks, Jordan! You were a hard worker then and remain so, bringing us vlogs to entertain and inform. Keep on keeping on!
Your bright smile always gives me a lift!😊. Really enjoy these hometown videos of yours. You have an interesting life. I was middle aged, but i also worked at MacDonalds for about a year and half. Had a car wreck, broke my neck, was out 6 months then returned for a month. A nerve disorder forced me to quit.
Fantastic video. The movie rental memories with your Dad was touching. Thank you.
Jordan, my wife, and I truly enjoy your videos as you experience life. We live in Troy in the Fox Harbor neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your childhood and teenage memories with us and much success to you in the future. Chris and Mary Smith

So great to know more about you, Jordan. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I always like visiting my old stomping grounds.
Loved you 2nd part of your life! You lead a very interesting job life! I especially love the story where you painted a Guitar shop without pay. You did it because he NEEDED help. Thats awesome❣ I'm glad you chose to vlog! Thats your jam and you do its so well🥰 Stay safe 🙏. Hugs to Jah🐾
Spent the afternoon shopping in Troy last week very nice town
Part 2 just as good! Thanks for letting us in to this little part of your story. Safe travels my friend!
ENJOYING your childhood memories Part II. Thank you, again, for sharing. I LOVE reminiscing also. I HATED doing fast foods !!! 😁😁😁😁😁
Great stories and your memory is so sharp. Thank you.
thank you Jordan.🍽🥄🔪🍴
This town is absolutely adorable. It reminds me of Burlington Ontario Canada ( where Jim Carrey) was from
You had the experience of a lot of different jobs. That's very good! I only ever had 3 jobs in my life. A lawn mowing job (which was great as a kid), Arby's and then the grocery business until I was able to thankfully retire early. Glad my parents taught us kids to save money!
Another great vlog Jordan ❤. You are a good story teller. I’m picky with who I listen to and the you tube videos & you are on the top of my list of who I tune in to. Thank you for sharing your hometown. Cute town.
Thanks for sharing some of your personal experiences, Jordan. I really enjoyed it. Can you imagine if Elvis did the same type of video sometime in the early 70's? It would have been epic.
I enjoyed the trip down your memory lane…thanks for sharing!!!
Awsome vlogs. And wonderful to see you go down memory lane and where you grew up
Awesome about elvis being at your school 👍
Jordan that was awesome glad you had a good childhood
Really enjoyed seeing how many great places are in Troy. I'm from Kettering, I never saw Troy beyond the Strawberry festival on the news.
I really enjoyed seeing the different places and hearing you explain and recall things that interested you. Thank you so much for sharing your life.. STAY SAFE Be Happy God Bless from Tammy in PA
Hello Jordan 😀
I'm around your age (34) and I have to say it blows my mind how much you can remember from your teen years. Maybe I partied a bit too hard.

You think your memory is bad. I went to high school in the early 70's and they used to say if you can remember the 70's, you weren't there.

@@lucidkate I know he has details that are ridiculous! It's easy to keep watching his videos cause Jordan is the master. Like the old saying a memory like an elephant.
Living in Troy for the past 20 years, I enjoyed watching your journey. The house you lived in on the corner of Barnhart is a home I have always admired!
So cool to hear and see all of this.
Wow, My grandparents old homeplace has been torn down for a ball field complex. They lived there back in the 60s. Had one of my dogs killed there by a milk truck. Great Uncle lived up the road towards the trestle. Troy has changed over the years. Thanks for the memories.
Dude, as I said I’m 60 and I have become to really respect you man. Kids today are lazy much respect to your hardworking ethnics

Hi Jordan, great hearing more of your memories down Memory Lane. The town square is lovely with the fountain. Great vlog Jordan.
Boy, you got around town. You are very personable. Troy reminds me of Medina.

I was born and raised in Medina, it's a beautiful city.
Wow you certainly had allot of motivation to work and earn your own money in your younger years that should be a inspiration to other young kids watching this video. 🙂
I felt the same graduating! True freedom! 🙌🏻🤟🏻
I just can’t get over this man…what are the odds that We start following your channel 3 or 4 years ago or so…and I think you look familiar then, and just chock it up to us living in the same town…but as soon as you said UVMC everything just CLICKED!!! I know you probably don’t remember me but I definitely remember you! Two of my favorite people who worked there were in dietary services…a sweetheart of a lady named Jeannie and the cook Rick Genovese… Sorry to ramble but I’m really happy that I finally figured out after all these years why you looked familiar…I would have become a patreon supporter sooner! 😂sorry buddy 😂
Fast food jobs is a right of passage, mine was a pizza joint during school and taco time during summer. Entry level jobs are not meant for a living wage.
You're lucky you can go see all your schools. All of mine have been torn down in Portsmouth over the past few years. Totally isn't the same when I visit back home.
Thanks for the memories
Very interesting Jordan!
Another banging retroview JORDAN...Thanks.
Thank's Jordan you made our day! Cheers from Sean&family 🙂✌🏼
Man I really like your home town
Hello Jordan. These were such interesting videos. Thank you so much for sharing your childhood with us. I wish we all could/should make a video like this to pass down to further generations like a priceless family history heirloom with actual voice and images and thoughts preserved. I was curious what kind of guitar you chose and what plays/ musicals you did in school. I was like you. I did High school musicals, 6 years of Jr. and Sr. high school choirs and sang in a band and worked weekends at a hospital., A lot in common. Thank you so much again, my friend. Blessings - Judith 🎭🎵
I worked at a music store in high school as well- I was building mixing boards for a sound engineer in Cleveland. My uncle taught me electronics, and how to properly solder, so I was able to make good money, and work my own hours.
Next on A&E's Biography it's Jordan the Lion! 🤣

Great vlog, Mr. Jordan. I remember too, just waiting to leave the small city in WI I grew up in, after I graduated from high school. It was just too small of a city for me. I'm glad I made that decision!
