That's there online store. I've bought from their online site a couple times and had no problems. 1out of 4 MAG brand mid-caps that I bought from them was broken and they sent me 2 for free with no charge. I guess everyone has there own experiences. In their walk-in store however, the customer service is sweet and the staff are really cool.

Like, favorite, and subscribe! FYI I bought a set of deans connectors, a Tenergy LiPo charger with a balancer, and a LiPo sac. I switched to LiPo so all these things were necessary. And I met Matt from EvikeTV there!!!
