I’m coming to this video very late, but if you ever come back to the ballpark, trust me, try section 316 for a night game. It’s incredible how good of a view you’ll get.

I've been to 22 MLB ballparks so far, and PNC Park is pretty much tied with San Francisco as my top 2. The thing that makes PNC so special (ON TOP of the stunning skyline view), is that it's also in such a walkable, fun part of town. Someone can bike the river tail, kayak the river, go to museums on the North Side or across the bridge downtown, basically have a downtown Pittsburgh experience, and just stroll over to the game without any car. You can turn PNC Park into an entire nice afternoon/evening in Pittsburgh without ever having to re-park. Oh and by the way, if you go back, make dinner reservations Coal Hill Steakhouse on top of Mt.Washington. It's the best view in Pittsburgh. EVEN BETTER than PNC Park up on the mountain overlooking the whole city.

You basically summed it up! Having an easily accessible ballpark is so important. It actually makes it feel like it is part of the community and city. And along with all the activities makes it all for a great experience! Thanks for watching! 😃

This was an excellent review of PNC Park. Well done! We retired to the Philippines from Pennsylvania and always loved visiting Pittsburgh and PNC Park. Your video brought back many nice memories. Manny's BBQ at PNC has good food too. Manny Sanguillen, former catcher for the Pirates owns the concession, He still sometimes stops there to sign autographs. Also, give the Pittsburgh Inclines a try. They are few funicular railways still in existence. Both the Duquesne & Monongahela climb to the top of Pittsburgh's Mt Washington. A unique experience.

The activity on the street (tents and such) would've been on the Roberto Clemente Bridge if it wasn't closed for construction. Weekend game days, the bridge is closed to vehicles and the whole thing is set up for merchants and fan activities.
