In the United States, there are adults who go to theme parks, and it seems to be more and more common now. However, there's still lots of adults who make fun of those who go to Disney on their own without kids. I think it really shouldn't matter, as long as it's affordable to everyone and everybody can experience magic places like Disney. Also, congratulations on your marriage! It's great you two travel together. Your videos are so informative.

Next Saturday my husband and I are leaving for Disney World, then getting on the Disney Wish cruise ship. Disney definitely caters to adults, as there are areas on the ship just for adults in addition to the areas that are kids only.

I personally feel like people who jidge those who still like Disney, And Sanrio and other things that people say are childish are just immature and probably don't have any hobbies or have internalized trauma or experience of something surrounding it.

We have a theme park with rollercoasters called Carowinds it is by paramount the people who make SpongeBob and them characters

@@KyleEvra Same here in the UK. Cutesy is considered "childish", but I LOVE cutesy things and I'm an adult. :'( It makes me sad.

In Sweden it’s very common for adults to go to theme parks/amusement parks without children. It’s a good spot for going on a date with a special someone if both like amusement parks (with or without going on rides) or a good spot to just hang out with friends and play games together. I live close to Gothenburg so visits to Liseberg (biggest amusement park in Scandinavia) has been a part of my life since I was very little, and I have been there many times since reaching adulthood as well. Been there both with my parents and with friends since reaching adulthood. Now I haven’t been there at all for some years as I’m not able to go on most rides any longer due to how a chronic illness is affecting me, and the park is also rather difficult to get around in with a wheelchair so not much point in me going there even just to enjoy the park, it’s just too exhausting physically, and also mentally because of all the sounds from the rides and people on the rides and around me (sensory overload from autism) But if it hadn’t been for my conditions, I’d likely go there still. I loved going on rides when I was still physically able to do so, and was a bit of an adrenaline junkie in my teens and early adulthood. Liseberg isn’t really a park for kids though, most of the rides there are for like age 10 and up. There’s a small-ish part of the park for the youngest crowd and some rides where you can go together with an adult if you’re at least 110cm tall, but you have to be 140cm tall to be able to ride everything in the park. I was 9-10 years old when I hit that height (174cm now as a 37 year old)

You should go to Disneyland Paris or DIsneyworld in Orlando!! All Disney rides and parks are really well designed for people in wheelchairs. Don't give up on the thrills! You can still enjoy them! 😃

@@WastelandH I’m physically able to get onto the rides well enough, I just shouldn’t go on them any longer due to it being potentially dangerous for me. I have issues with my spine and neck so most of the rides I’d want to go on and used to go on, recommends that people with back issues don’t go on them. The only exceptions I’d consider making today would be to go on a coaster I know inside out so I know exactly when I need to compensate for certain movements of the coaster. Sadly my favorite coaster had to be taken down a while back because of structural issues or something like that

Almost all theme parks in Canada and the USA are outdoor and consist of families and children. I think if I went here I would be screaming with happiness the whole time! I grew up with Sanrio and this would be my absolute HEAVEN!! The amount of imagination and creativity put into this theme park is incredible. In North America, they are almost all rides - the bigger, faster and scarier the better. This is more my style. I am surprised it closed at 5pm, that is a bit disappointing. I am curious as to why. My FAVOURITE character is tied between Little Twin Stars and My Melody!!! x

Me too, Especially the 80s-90s Japan Architecture since Puroland was opened grandly in 1990, reminding me of the best of City Pop classics.

Like many fellow Americans were saying, most theme parks here are designed with children in mind. Theme parks tend to be colorful and have kid-friendly activites, of course, a lot of theme parks also have families in mind, so some things are also great for teens and adults. It's becoming more normal to see groups of adults without kids at theme parks. As a big Sanrio fan, this was really fun to watch! I've always wanted to visit Sanrio Puroland, but can't, so I like watching others have fun there! Also congradulations on your wedding! :)

Keroppi is by far my favorite Sanrio character....so when I saw you enter the food court I saw that keroppi table. I thought to myself I would totally sit there if I was there, and YOU DID! This was a fun video to watch! 🌸 In the United States, you do see some couples on dates or groups of only adults, but it probably isn't as common as seeing families and groups with kids. Many theme parks are located out of the way for most people to get to and are more expensive, so it makes more sense for families who save up & plan ahead to go, and less common for a spontaneous date.

I watched the anime “Sanrio danshi” and saw puroland featured in it. I am so glad to watch you tour this place🥹🫶🏻

In Spain we have mainly the WarnerBros theme park, Madrid's theme park, and PortAventura. There are some attractions that are only for children, but I think it would be perfectly fine if adults went on their own to those parks. Ps: Cinamorroll is so cute and fluffy I just want to hug him so badly!

Oh my goodness, I keep watching this over and over again! This place looks amazing and too cute for words! My former co-worker's daughter is a big Cinnamoroll fan and I think she'd be over the moon if she got to meet him and saw all the Cinnamoroll-themed scenery. EDIT: I forgot to add, in answer to your question, many of the theme parks we have in the UK are mostly geared towards families, like Legoland. But we also have Thorpe Park and Alton Towers, which have a lot more thrill rides and are popular with teens and young adults.

i had no idea that indoor theme parks existed!!! all the parks that ive visited have been almost entirely outdoors (except for a few rides, like space mountain). an indoor theme park seems so practical!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I always find it interesting how different another country's viewpoints on things are compared to my own country's. It's like how apple juice is considered a child's drink out here in the US, but apparently in other countries it's not strange to see adults drink it. Same with visiting theme parks too. And I'm not that big of a Sanrio fan, but I do like Kuromi.

It’s true that in the U.S. amusement parks are geared towards kids. The reason Japan loves amusement parks is because of kawaii culture. Obsession with staying young, skinny and cute forever. Women are always young and skinny like kids and always do childlike poses because of Japan’s obsession with children. I’m also shocked how common it is for grown men to talk about how much they love the schoolgirl look with no shame
